Scott Keniley currently serves as Chief Legal Officer to Groove Science Studios, Inc. d/b/a Soundscape, Partner at Keniley-Kumar, LLC Entertainment Law, adjunct professor at Georgia State University and Chairman for the North American Entertainment/Sports/IP Law Summit.  Scott is a frequent lecturer (law schools, undergraduates, entertainment and law conferences and twice served as a college graduation keynote speaker) and formerly served as General Counsel to a NASDAQ traded music company, criminal court judge and NARAS Board member. Scott represents entrepreneurs, entertainment related companies and talent with a “business first” focus. He has provided transactional and litigation representation to an array of clients, including, but not limited to, platinum and Grammy awarded talent, hall of fame and champion athletes, new media companies, video game creators and lifestyle companies in industries such as liquor, gambling and fashion.
