Rebecca Murga is a Chicago-born, WGA writer specializing in telling stories of her Puerto Rican roots and military experience. She is currently a writer on the ABC TV series “Will Trent”, an American police procedural crime drama television series. She has also written on SWAGGER, an Apple TV+ series executive produced by basketball legend Kevin Durant. She also has an upcoming project with Spike Lee attached as director and executive producer. Murga is a former US Army Officer and combat photographer who spent three years in Iraq, Kuwait, and Afghanistan.
