Noy served as a Special Agent in the Israeli Security Agency (ISA), specializing in Human Intelligence (HUMINT), and an expert in profiling, emotional intelligence, and behavioral analysis.

Prior to that, Noy worked in Israel’s National Unit for Fraud, Investigation, and Cyber, profiling and investigating national leaders in complex strategic cases.
She also graduated from the Israeli Air Force Officers’ Academy and served as Chief Operating Officer in an F‑16 squadron.
Noy holds an LLB and LLM in Business Law and has held leadership roles across startups and privately held companies.

She is also a Facilitator for the WIM program at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business (GSB), engaging MBA and PhD students on leadership and influence.
