Ma also serves as Chief Business Officer and an investor at AdXero, a patented AI/tech media distribution and fintech venture poised to transform a $700B+ legacy industry and deliver rapid revenue growth, strong free cash flow, and exceptional MOIC/ROIC.
With 40+ years across AI/tech, education, media, finance, telecom, and global business—and over 2 million miles traveled—Ma brings rare strategic foresight, cross-border insight, and intergenerational perspective. He led Asia Pacific sales at leading U.S. tech firms, co-founded and exited fintech, e-commerce and edtech ventures, mentored hundreds of high-achieving students one-on-one at his previous company IvyMax and at ThreeQ, and served as a Thiel Fellowship mentor. He was a Forbes Global CEO Conference delegate for eight years.

Ma serves on the St. Jude/ALSAC Advisory Council, Legends for Charity SF Committee (Super Bowl LX 2026), Cal Alumni of Silicon Valley Founding Board, and supports Silicon Valley Community Foundation and other philanthropic initiatives. Ma holds a UC Berkeley engineering degree and is a parent of two happy Gen Z daughters.
