Dave is an experienced sales and service leader with over 20 years in progressive roles across various fields. His career success has been built on his exceptional ability to cultivate strong business relationships. Most recently, he co-founded an award-winning mortgage education platform, where he was instrumental in cultivating partnerships and scaling the business.

Driven by his military background and training, Dave is highly detail-oriented and brings a disciplined approach to his work. As the VP of US Investments and Lending at CMI, he leverages his extensive experience and strategic insights to lead and expand the company’s footprint in the US market.

Outside the office, Dave is avid golfer, has coached hockey at various levels for over 30 years, and enjoys attending stock car races. Dave is also dedicated to his community, serving as a board member for Wellspring Cancer Centre, providing meals for Out of the Cold, and volunteering as a Salvation Army Kettle attendant.
